Fall/Winter trend #2- Burgundy

One of the colours that really stood out on runways this season was Burgundy. It had a very strong presence on the Fall/Winter 2012 shows. Burgundy is traditionally a colour that I wont normally wear. however, after seeing what designers have done with the colour Burgundy this season...........I think that I have now been won over.

Aveda Congress "POW WOW" 2011

I had the pleasure of attending the Aveda Congress hair convention, in Minneapolis, this past weekend.
I had an amazing time and found the whole weekend very inspiring! It's always good to keep yourself on top of the trends. As a stylist, I love to see what the industry gurus are looking to for inspirations.
Unfortunately, a lot of my pictures are a little blurry. Even though, you can tell that there was a lot of talent at this show!
